- Notify of us your return via e-mail at email@example.com or via phone 076 740 3473 by calling us at, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 4:00PM.
- Use a trackable and or insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments. Be sure to retain a copy of the invoice for your records. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend you send your return via SpeedServices or insured Parcel Post. Return shipping fees are not refundable.
- Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within the Republic of South Africa. Returns will be processed within five business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
- When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 076 740 3473
We understand that occasionally you may wish to return goods to us. Our ‘no quibble’ guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 14 days and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
We will gladly exchange, replace or refund your purchase with the following exceptions:-
- We cannot accept the return of a product if it has been opened. If an item has been opened we will only accept the return if the product is found to be faulty.
- If you are returning an item because of error on our part, or because it’s faulty, we will refund both the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.
- If you are returning items other than as a result of errors on our part or product defects then you will be responsible for the original delivery charge and the return costs.
